Cost reimbursement by the South Tyrolean Health Authority

The South Tyrolean Health Authority covers costs for underfunded services provided in private facilities. For outpatient and diagnostic services, a reimbursement of €50 is available. The only requirement is a medical prescription from a hospital or your general practitioner. This reimbursement is intended for patients residing in the Merano health district.
