To secure your admission to Terme Merano, we recommend booking in advance.
Once all available day tickets have been allocated, only 2-hour or 3-hour tickets can be purchased.
For longer stays, the following surcharge applies for each additional hour:
Start your day with a leisurely brunch on the Bistro terrace, then spend the rest of the day relaxing in the pools at Terme Merano. From Monday to Saturday, brunch is served from 9 am to 11 am – the perfect way to ease into the day before heading straight to the pools. Of course, you’re also welcome to join us just for brunch.
Fancy ending your day with an aperitivo and a refreshing dip in the pools? Buy your ticket from 4 pm and enjoy the pools until 9 pm, together with a Prosecco, Hugo, Veneziano or another summery aperitif. With this ticket, you get 5 hours for the price of 3 – and your aperitivo is included!
Whether it’s a romantic escape with your favourite person, a relaxing day with friends or a special gift for someone you love, our Pool Suites invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment.
Switch off, unwind and sink into your private whirlpool. With a waterbed, steam bath and thoughtful details throughout, it’s a place where the world seems to stand still for a few hours.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air while hiking, biking or soaking up the sun, then round off your day with a few relaxing hours in the pools at Terme Merano.

The family ticket includes admission for 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 14. Each additional child is €10.00. Please note that family tickets are not available on rainy days, public holidays, during school holidays according to the South Tyrol school calendar, or during the Christmas period. If you have already purchased your ticket and reserved your admission, your booking will of course remain valid even if it rains.
Winter: valid from September 16 to May 14, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, school holidays according to the South Tyrol school calendar, and the Christmas period).

Admission is free for children up to 3 years old. Children under 14 years old are only allowed in the pools when accompanied by an adult.
Our sauna area is an "adults only", textile-free zone, where swimwear is not permitted, and is open to both women and men from the age of 14.
Children under 14 are not permitted. Teens aged 14 to 18 may use the sauna only when accompanied by an adult.
Please note: towel and slippers are mandatory in the sauna area.
When purchasing a 2- or 3-hour ticket, one hour of free parking in the Terme garage is included.
With the purchase of a day ticket, parking for the entire day in the Terme garage costs €16. This offer can be requested at the cashier.
From the opening of the Christmas markets until January 6, only one hour of free parking is included.
Tickets can be easily extended. The corresponding difference and a one-time fee of €1 can be paid at the automatic cash desk at the exit.
