Can I go to Terme Merano without a reservation?

 

The entry ticket can be reserved and purchased in advance, via an app. Without a reservation, there may be no tickets available or longer waiting times, especially on days with higher visitor numbers. All information about the app, how to buy the ticket and how to reserve it can be found here: www.termemerano.it/go.

 

 

Is a kit provided to the guest when purchasing an entry ticket to the Terme Merano?

 

No, the guest has the possibility to borrow towels (6€) and bathrobes (7€) in our shop (+ deposit). Swimming trunks / bikini and bathing slippers can be purchased in the shop.

 

 

Is there an obligation to wear a bathing cap at Terme Merano?

 

No, guests are not obliged to wear a bathing cap.

 

 

Is it allowed to enter the sauna area in swimming trunks?

 

No, the sauna area is a textile-free zone and can be entered with a towel and bathing shoes. It is possible to cover yourself with a towel, swimming trunks / bikinis are not allowed.

 

 

From what age are children allowed to visit the thermal baths and from when alone?

 

Children can come to us at any age, of course if they are accompanied. Children over the age of 14 are allowed to visit the spa unaccompanied on presentation of an identity card. The sauna area is "Adults Only" and can be visited from the age of fourteen accompanied by an adult.

 

 

What are the ticket types?

 

We have 2-hour, 3-hour or day tickets. Terme Merano reserves the right under special conditions not to sell day tickets. Information on this can be found on our website.

 

 

What is included in the "Terme & Sauna" ticket?

 

With this ticket you can visit all open indoor and outdoor pools and the sauna area. You can find information on the sauna world at www.termemerano.it/en/terme/saunas.

 

 

What are the opening hours of Terme Merano?

 

Terme (pools): from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (daily)
Sauna: from 2 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
Sauna: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday / Sunday and public holidays

 

 

What are the prices at Terme Merano?

Can vouchers be redeemed via the app?

 

Yes, vouchers can be redeemed in the app. After selecting the ticket, simply enter the voucher code (under the barcode).

 

 

Are there any discounts for Terme Merano visitors in the underground car park?

 

Yes, if you buy a day ticket, you have the option of paying an extra € 14 to park in the underground car park until midnight. For guests who buy 2-3 hour tickets, the first hour is free of charge, each additional hour costs €3.00.

 

 

Is it possible to eat in the bathing area of the Terme Merano?

 

Terme Merano has a self-service area. Toasts, sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold dishes are served here. In summer there are two more kiosks in the outdoor area.

 

 

Is the time for showering included in the 2 or 3 hour ticket?

 

Yes, you have a total of 2 or 3 hours in the Terme / Sauna, which means from the entrance to the exit at the cash desk.

 

 

Is it possible to buy subscriptions?

 

Yes, Terme Merano offers various offers for multiple tickets at www.termemerano.it/en/online-shop/admission-value-cards.

 

 

How do I make a reservation for a treatment at the MySpa?

 

Treatments in the MySpa can be reserved by sending an email with the time, date and desired treatment to spa@thermemeran.it. The telephone number of the MySpa is 0473 252024.

 

 

Can sports doctor visits be made in the Terme Merano Medical Area?

 

Yes, you are welcome to book a sports visit (with medical certificate) with us. Please send an e-mail to spa@thermemeran.it All other information about our medical services you find at https://www.termemerano.it/en/medical

 

 

Can vouchers be purchased?

 

Vouchers can be purchased directly on site or in the Online Shop www.termemerano.it , in which case they will be sent to you by email.

 

 

Which pools are open during the winter season?

 

During the winter season, from mid-September to mid-May, the indoor pools are open, including a main pool, a brine pool, hot and cold pools, two thermal pools, a children's pool and various whirlpools.

 

 

Are there warm outdoor pools in the winter season?

 

The two pools connected to the outdoor area and an outdoor whirlpool are open 365 days a year.

 

 

Which pools are open during the summer season?

 

 In the summer season from mid-May to mid-September, in addition to the 15 indoor pools, 10 outdoor pools are also open in the park.

 

 

What are the pool temperatures?

Are the pools and saunas always accessible?

 

Any closures of pools or saunas are announced on our website and at the main entrance at the cash desk of Terme Merano.
