During the Christmas season, reservations for tickets to the pools and sauna are required. We also recommend booking tickets in advance during school holidays, weekends, and the summer months. To be on the safe side, we generally suggest booking your tickets ahead of time. On days with very high visitor numbers, tickets may sell out or you might experience longer wait times.
No, towel and bathrobe rentals are not included in the admission price.
You can bring your own swimwear from home. Alternatively, you can rent towels (€6) or bathrobes (€8) from the shop by paying a deposit. Swimwear, bikinis, and flip-flops are also available in our in-house shop.
After purchasing your ticket online or on-site, you will receive a chip bracelet at the entrance. This bracelet serves not only as your entry ticket to various services but also as your key for the lockers and your payment method. At the end of your visit, you can settle any outstanding charges at the automatic cash desk.
The changing rooms and lockers are located in the lower level of Terme Merano. Be sure to remember the color and number of your locker, so you don’t end up walking home in your flip-flops.
Yes, you can rent towels and bathrobes directly at the shop. After your stay you can return the towels and bathrobes to get your deposit back. In summer, you can also rent sunbeds and sun shades directly in the thermal park.

Children of all ages are welcome, but they must be accompanied. Children aged 14 and older can visit Terme Merano unaccompanied if they present their ID at the reception. The sauna area is "adults only" and can be accessed from the age of 14 when accompanied by an adult.

Yes, Terme Merano visitors can enjoy parking discounts. With the purchase of a day ticket, you can opt to pay an additional 15 € to park until midnight. For guests with 2–3-hour tickets, the first hour is free, and each additional hour costs 3 €.
Yes, Terme Merano is fully accessible. Visitors with disabilities receive a 30 % discount upon presenting their disability ID. This discount also applies to the accompanying person. Please remember to bring the necessary documentation.

Yes, there is a self-service restaurant accessible from both the indoor and outdoor area. You can enjoy hot and cold meals, as well as toasts, sandwiches, and various snacks.
During the summer, an additional bar in the outdoor area offers drinks, small snacks, and ice cream. On weekends, we serve pizza at the pizza pavilion.
From mid-September to mid-May, our indoor pools are open. These include a main pool, a saltwater pool, hot and cold pools, two thermal water pools, a kid’s pool, and various whirlpools.
