The restaurant on piazza Terme in the center of Merano is something really special. Not just for its cuisine. In our Bistro, you can savor unique creations from the alpine-mediterranean kitchen while enjoying the summer beats of live concerts or admiring the lively ice rink and festive atmosphere of the piazza.

Brunch & Terme: first brunch than relax

Enjoy a good brunch on the terrace of our Bistro and then spend the entire day soaking in the pools of Terme Merano! From Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 11:30 am, you can start your day with a delicious brunch and then head straight to the pool for some relaxation. Croissants, bread, jam, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, nuts, Speck, cheese, salmon, or a poached egg? And in addition, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee as you bask in the morning sun. That’s what „taking it slow“ really is about.

Of course, you’re also welcome to just join us for brunch.

Aperitivo & Terme: unwind after a long day

Want to wrap up your day with an aperitivo and a dip in the pools? Easy! Just purchase your ticket at 4 PM and enjoy the pools until 9 pm, along with a Prosecco, Hugo, Aperol Spritz, or another drink of your choice. With this ticket, you get 5 hours for the price of 3, and the drink is complimentary!

Have you ever dined inside a Christmas bauble? Afterward, you'll definitely be in the holiday spirit. 😊 During the Christmas season, you can find our gourmet “Kugln” on piazza Terme, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner with your loved ones.
