La presente informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali è resa, ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (di seguito “Regolamento”), da Terme Merano S.p.A., con sede legale in piazza Terme n. 9 – 39012 Merano – (di seguito “Terme Merano”), in qualità di Titolare del trattamento.

The personal data processed are the personal data necessary for the performance of the service requested, as better specified in the following paragraph.
- Purpose of the treatment
The processing of personal data is necessary for the booking and ordering service for entrances, picnics, take-aways and inhalations through an app.
If you give your specific consent, your personal data will also be used for marketing purposes and to send you information and advertising material from Terme Merano.
- Legal basis
The processing of data is based on the execution of the contract for the provision of the requested services and the fulfilment of legal obligations for activities strictly related to the requested service. Should you wish to receive commercial communications and andvertising, the processing is based on your consent.
- Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated.
The Data Controller may also communicate, for the same purposes, some of his personal data to third parties, who will process his data as Data Processors. The list of Data Processors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
- Methods of processing
Terme Merano keeps your data in computer files and protects them with security measures that ensure that only authorised personnel who are bound to professional secrecy can know the information about you.
Your data will be used, in the manner prescribed by law and in compliance with professional and official secrecy, by the staff and employees of Terme Merano. Your data may be communicated, only if necessary and to the extent permitted by law, to persons participating in the service provided or to police bodies that expressly request it.
- Period of storage
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the service and in any case no later than six (6) months from the date of the last reservation/order. The conferment of the data is compulsory because in the absence of such data it is not possible to offer you the services requested. The data relating to commercial communications will be kept until cancellation request by the interested party.
Rights of the interested party
In assuring you that your data will be processed in a way that guarantees security and confidentiality, we inform you that, at any time, you may exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor.
- How to exercise your rights
You may exercise your rights at any time by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Terme Merano S.p.A., Piazza Terme n. 9 - 39012 Merano, or an e-mail to info@no-spam.termemerano.no-spam.it We would like to inform you that Terme Merano has appointed a Data Protection Manager who can be contacted at rpd@no-spam.termemerano.no-spam.it.
