On Friday, December 15th, from 5pm to 9pm, Terme Merano invites you to the sauna world. Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere and experience a program with special Aufguss and peelings:
- 6 pm:
"Rock Christmas" Aufguss in the Finnish outdoor sauna
Intensity: Moderately hot
Fragrances: cinnamon, mandarin, eucalyptus

After the Aufguss: Pandoro and tea "Christmas magic"
- 7 pm:
"Silent Night" Aufguss in the Finnish outdoor sauna
Intensity: lower heat/calm
Fragrances: clove, grapefruit, aniseed

- 8 pm:
"St Nicholas and the Krampus" Aufguss in the Finnish outdoor sauna
Intensity: last round hot/increasing music
Fragrances: incense, orange, peppermint
Music: adapted to St Nicholas and then to the Krampus

After the Aufguss: Marble cake and orange punch
