Admission & Use
Admission system, excess charge machine, wheelchair access, rules of conduct …
Once you've paid your admission you receive a chip watch at the ticket office so that you can use the Terme Merano/Therme Meran admission system. You can enter the thermal baths and start your relaxing stay by holding the chip watch up against the orange surface on the turnstile.
If you stay longer than planned you can pay the additional charges at the excess charge machine using your chip watch; then the turnstile will open. If you have not used any additional services, simply deposit the chip watch in the device provided next to the turnstile and leave Terme Merano/Therme Meran.
The chip watch is also the key to your changing room locker on the first basement floor at Terme Merano/Therme Meran. Simply hold it up to the symbol for a few seconds and remember your locker's colour and number.
People with disabilities receive a 30% discount at Terme Merano/Therme Meran upon presentation of their disability card. This discount also includes one accompanying person as long as they can present a statement of requirement. To find out which sights in South Tyrol have wheelchair access, please click here.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful, enjoyable time at Terme Merano/Therme Meran we have rules of conduct that every visitor should accept and respect when they enter the thermal baths.
